1. About SYMETRA
SYMETRA is currently a pre-launch trading name operating from Tbilisi, Georgia. The registered legal name, identification number and complete physical or legal address will be published on the Contact page before checkout and commercial sales are activated.
Until that information and live payment credentials are published, the website is a product preview and checkout test environment. It does not accept a binding paid order.
2. Using the website
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. You must not interfere with its security, copy protected content for commercial use, submit false information or attempt to access another person's order or data.
- Customers placing an order must be at least 18 years old or act with a parent or legal guardian.
- Website availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, but material errors will be corrected as reasonably possible.
3. Products and information
We aim to describe products, sizes, ingredients, directions and images accurately. Screen colours and packaging may vary slightly. If a material product detail changes before dispatch, we will inform you and allow cancellation where required.
SYMETRA self-care information is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and seek appropriate professional advice. Individual appearance and skincare results vary.
4. Prices, delivery and payment
Individual products are currently priced at GEL 39. The final checkout total includes a delivery fee calculated automatically from the entered city or settlement: GEL 6 for Tbilisi, GEL 8 for another city and GEL 10 for a village or region. Prices are displayed in Georgian lari and include any taxes required to be included in the selling price.
- Payment will be processed on TBC Checkout after merchant activation. SYMETRA does not receive or store full card details.
- Placing an order creates a payment request. An order is accepted only after successful payment and an order confirmation.
- If a pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact you and provide a correction, replacement option or full refund.
5. Delivery, returns and conformity
The Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. They explain delivery areas, estimated timeframes, the 14-day withdrawal right, hygiene exceptions and refunds.
- Goods must conform to their description and agreed conditions.
- Legal remedies for defective or non-conforming goods are not limited by our voluntary policies.
- Risk of accidental loss passes when you or a person you nominate physically receives the goods, unless Georgian law provides otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
SYMETRA names, visual design, text, photography, product concepts and software are owned by or licensed to SYMETRA. Personal browsing is permitted; reproduction, resale, scraping or commercial reuse requires prior written permission.
7. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SYMETRA is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for disruption outside its reasonable control.
8. Law, complaints and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. You may also use the remedies available through the competent Georgian consumer protection authority or courts.
- We may update these terms when the service, law or business details change.
- The version shown when an order is placed applies to that order.
- If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
